    _Zox_ saidlow 44 minute range.

Is there a specific time range that you or everyone else over there rely on improving your distance coverage? Because I can only do 0.62 miles (exactly 1 kilometre) in 5 minutes, and I only have so much time before uni classes to clock in 6-7km in my morning repertoire at 30-35 minutes at a time, am not sure if it's good enough for professional runner standards . . .

It is not about the speed for me. It is about the distance, and pace control. I want to know what my pace is so I can work on things to improve it or make it last over longer distances.

Ran 5 with the club last night. Good run—ibuprofen sure works wonders.
