Quick Inquiry.

Say I go do Zumba for an hour, but it is a hip hop day (LOTS OF SQAUTS and punching etc) followed up with Volleyball (3-3 or 2-2 or 2-3, lots of movement) then do a bleacher workout. Will protein need to be ingested during, between, before or after the workout to be effective? If my muscles are still working without much of a break but a quick 5 minute drive to the new area, does this mean I'm good to make a shake when I go home or do I need to carry some with me at all times?
