I work on a cruise ship out of Baltimore and have never actually visited the States unless I have been joining a ship or just in port for the day! My VISA states that I'm only allowed in the country for 24hrs after I finish a contract...

... but this time I'm getting to sign off on a B2 VISA which means I can stay in the country! icon_smile.gif

I'm getting to go and see my family that I have in Dallas, TX for the first time! Also going to New York for a friends wedding. It will be the first wedding of my own friends that I have been invited to that I will be able to attend!

I will be in Dallas for about a week and NY for about 5 days!

Just wanted to share... and also you can vote for me as man of the day too ;)

Hey man, that's great. There's plenty of threads on the forums about things to do and see in NYC; I'm sure some Dallas folks can help you out if you want any info on that spot too. Enjoy your trip!
