I've lost about 70 lbs and gained about 30 back because I went back to my old nasty eating habits. And the old habits came back easily without me even being conscious of it. I've started back up and am loosing weight again. Seriously dude, it's a life style change. Eating good healthy food in the right proportions is what it takes, along with being active. It's more mental then physical. So I'm with you. Good luck!!
