Music. I have realized it's kinda my best friend. I have music for every mood, and usually can pick music to make me feel better.

anything and everything...I like drawing random things. Usually things like flowers, animals, pictures from books, etc...I typically only draw whenever I'm upset about something (I guess it's kinda like a comfort hobby)...writing is usually my main outlet. They always take me to another place so both calm me down immensely.

Photography, listening to techno/trance while editing the photos, playing keyboard and composing crappy music, exercise, sushi, thunderstorms, distant hurricanes (not direct hits, just being in the general vicinity), flying, laying out at the beach, sleep.

Aimee Mann, quite a lot of her songs are calming. Some David Gray too.

The smell of my fabric softener in my fresh sheets = best sleep ever.

Laying in bed talking to myself.

My happy place. Nothing else lives there except the flora. It's nice and cool, the water trickles so gently, it's quiet, and the view is gorgeous.

    myself and my piano.

As generic as this sounds. Music.

Music is my "God". It is the literature I study daily. It provides me with peace and serenity to ultimately connect my mind to enlightenment. It's never failed me over the years.

going down to my boat after a long week of work and just sacking out on the sofa in the salon. feeling the boat rock and if it's raining, the sound of the rain on the cabin top. VERY relaxing.

my dog. especially when he curls up next to me, feeling his warm body rise and fall when he inhales and exhales, his nose against my ear. that little guy knows how to bring my blood pressure down.

working on my engines. to some it's work. for me it's a way to get things done.

warm sunshine on my body after a long winter.

Scratching my cat while she purrs away is definitely good for the soul. icon_smile.gif
Music always works too, of course.
So does being by the ocean - the whole experience of the salt air, rising & crashing waves, etc is a treat for all the senses.
    Not to mention weed. icon_wink.gif
