What's the best overall workout?

    So I'm looking for some workout I can do that will get me well muscled and healthy. What's a good workout (not a specific exercise) that will get me there? Shying away from lifting and team sports, I was thinking about BJJ, Crossfit, or swimming. I want to be able to do this 3 to 5 days a week making it part of my daily routine. Got any suggestions?

    Anything that involves movement and some form of physical stress.
    Sitting on your ass and masturbating to hot workout DVD's does not count.

    Alternating between Russian Kettlebells and various body weight exercise about 3x/week seems to be working for me.

    Given that you don't want free weights or team sports, I agree with the options Mr. Majesticon recommended. I would add cycling but you'll need a partner or pack to enjoy the challenge.

    Rowing,swimming,yoga will give you a full workout.

    Try INSANITY by Shaun T. NO need for weights/ machines, partner and it takes less than 45 minutes a day only.All you need is will power determination/ a mat and dvds
