So I'm looking for some workout I can do that will get me well muscled and healthy. What's a good workout (not a specific exercise) that will get me there? Shying away from lifting and team sports, I was thinking about BJJ, Crossfit, or swimming. I want to be able to do this 3 to 5 days a week making it part of my daily routine. Got any suggestions?
