weight workout and cardio.Suggestion? Diet?

    Hi everybody,
    i'm new on this web site. I'd like to improve my body, muscle and definition. The trainer in the gym gave me this program:
    4 times a week.
    2 Times fast workout, 40 min, with light weight: Trx, some free body exercises and so. then, 20-35 min for fast run.
    2 times normal workout, 45 min, with heavy weight, and then 40 min for slow run.
    What do you think?
    He gave me also a diet... nothing special, just no carbs in the evening and a protein meal in the afternoon. That's all

    Everyone's body is different and will respond as such. I've found when I cut carbs and do that much cardio, I look sickly and lose a lot of my bulk. You can try your trainer's approach to see if you're satisfied.

    Yes, is true.
    Too much carbs however can increase the % of fat, they are pure energy, and if you don't burn...
