There is no easy way to get awesome body .. *sigh* trust me ,I also started lately a serious diet and excercise program and you really need to suffer to get the goal .. But I'm sure when you get there you'll know that it worth it..
most important is to have motivation always .. try to put a picture of a model with an "awesome" body in front of you (don't go too far ..
just pick an easy level to reach ) and look at it whenever you lost the motivation .. say to yourself "I won't stop until i'm there" ..
this is the way :diet ,sweat motivation....hard, I know , but the best.
