Ricky Scott takes the cake. The bastard cut 15% of the budget from APD which provides home services for the disable on April and when everyone started protesting and his reputation took a even lower hit, he had a "change of heart" for a month then he started cutting it again piece by piece. 5% in June, 2% in August and now 4% for September and there are more cuts in the near future.

This creature is an inhumane monster who doesn't give a Fuck for anyone other than himself and his gang of thieves.

Yeah.... he inherited a $3.7 billiion budget shortfall and turned it into a $1.2 billion surplus. Oh, the incompetence!

Well, I'm sure you're delighted to know that...um...21% of Floridians agree with you.

Ummm... wasn't Scott preceded by 2 other REPUBLICAN governors, named Crist & Bush? Where was the indignation over a budget shortfall when THEY were in office?

And Scott's budget numbers are rather suspect. Scott slashed education and public services, while giving tax breaks to his political contributors. The numbers actually don't add up. Government does cost less, nevertheless, when you don't in fact expend money on the people, who in theory own the government.

Well, there's the theory, and then there's the reality. In Republicanland, the government belongs to the biggest campaign contributors. So it is here in Scott's Florida.

Rick Perry of Texas is my choice for worst governor. The man has a primitive mind because he firmly believes that Creationism is true and that the Bible is all true. He has also turned Texas into one of the most environmentally damaged states in the country.

You make the mistake of correlating government spending with actual results.

These cuts are so miniscule that they don't materially affect the services delivered... they DO affect the bureaucrats that "administer" these services, though... and that's a good thing!

Actually they do affect the participants of the program. I work for a client that had a healthy budget with 4-services and it included 24-hour care a month and after this "man" started cutting it, the patient now has 3 services with a total of less than 160 hours a month and they ask us to provide the extra service and hours needed for free. Who works for free? do you work for free? Families needed to make the painful decision to place their children in state-run homes because they couldn't afford to pay full care for their direct hire employees that could provide the services for their love ones. Is that a good thing?

Rick Scott is beyond bad. You have to be here to understand it.

My favorite is making people who apply for welfare take a mandatory drug test for which they have to pay for. If they are drug free they get reimbursed for the test. Because...well, as we all know.,..those that are in need, those that lose a job, those that are poor are lazy and on drugs.

To date the program is costing much more than it was expected to save. And Rick Scott's personal "bottom line" is looking great as he has ties to the company doing the testing. It is so ridiculous that people don't believe it.

But it is true.....and Rick Scott is the worst.

Yeah, Florida is just falling apart... bridges collapsing, gangs controlling the streets, poisoned water supplies, food contaminated with chemicals, children on every street corner begging for their next meal, half the population living in tents on the beaches.... icon_rolleyes.gif

These things take time. Your wish list is just getting started.

The criteria are actually all positives, so this could be for best governor.

I love how it describes Chris Christie as having had "failed to pay into public pension funds."

The fucking public fucking pension system is fucking what has fucking wrecked fucking New fucking Jersey's fucking budget.

What the fuck? What the fucking fuck?

Doesn't change the fact that he's doing a great job handling the state's finances.
LMAO.. oh really? hows that? By abiding by the laws set forth to do it? I think NOT.. how many of his moves have now been struck as being UNCONSTITUTIONAL? Didn't the FL Supreme Court just tell him that he is the "Governor, not the king" therefore certain executive orders now must be reversed because of violations of Florida law?

Isn't that kinda what happened to him in the HCA investigation? You know, medicare fraud is a criminal act, therefore not in compliance or adherence to the LAW.
Do you have any idea as to what the current litigation against him is about? You know, the one where he was asked about it during his campaign and his response to the voters was "its none of your business"!
