Holy cow, we just had a tremor here about four minutes ago. I was in my car about ready to pull out of the parking lot and my car started shaking side to side. I turned the car off and got out, and a bunch of people came out of their front doors from all around saying, "Did you feel that?"

    Wow, that was totally weird.

Wow, it must have really shaken things. I came back up to check my fish tanks and my betta's bubble nest that was in one corner of the tank was dispersed all over.

Yeah, I'm in Richmond...It's now a magnitude 6.0. I actually thought it was rather fun (as long as no one got hurt).

Who wants to start taking bets now on who the religious nutjobs start blaming for it?

It's because we're gay. I thought my car was dying when it shook. Didn't hear any noise at all. It seemed to last about 30 seconds, tapering off pretty quickly.

    Directly from my Facebook...
Everyone is posting about the mini earthquake we just had. I only noticed it because it was in the breakdown of a song I was listening to and matched the bass. Thought maybe my body was feeling the song through and through. Hahaha.

Having lived in California for 20 years and been through some major quakes, this was like a Kiddie ride at Disneyland. Get back to me when freeways start falling down icon_rolleyes.gif

Somehow something that affects so many people qualifies as more important than YOU.

It shook here in Brooklyn too, but I missed it I was busy manscaping in the shower. That would've been a way to go for sure.

We felt it here in Ohio as well. Several colleagues in older buildings reported the buildings vibrating and rumbling.
