    Interesting, yes, but sad. All the lawsuits in the world can't reverse what happened. The show should have been cancelled before the storms hit. Areas generally have a little time to work with and evacuate people.

    I agree with this. i was one the north side of the city at another concert when that happened. and all i saw was rain for about 20 min. not much wind at all. but even there they had plans to cancel or move the event inside if possible.

    I also agree that the state should recognize her as a spouse because they were legally married .

    7 people have died from this incident. As much as I want fairness for everyone, I hope the civil union thing doesn't overshadow the whole of the tragedy for all involved.
