    Hey ya'll, I'm a programmer / weightlifting enthusiast and I wrote a free app to help track workouts.

    It's my first try making an app so constructive criticism is welcome. Be gentle icon_wink.gif

    There are SO many of these things out there, but I like yours. It's a good start. Keep it up.

    jus got it, looks pretty cool. is there any way to make it day one, day 2 etc, my chest day doesnt always fall on a tuesday, it happens every 6th day

    Very nice, and great first app. It makes the interface more complicated, but I suggest being able to plan and record different rep and weights for each set.

    Whoops, I fixed the link. its called Epic Workout.
