    Isn't that funny. My gut feeling is preacher curl as well. I like to do it on the hammer machine. I like to go all out and push as hard as I can and it makes me feel strong all over. then of course, right away you see your pump and look in the mirror and see what you've done. immediate response from body on this one.

    I love chest flies.

    I have done these on every chest workout since I started lifting, and I always get sore after. I love pushing the machine and then giving my chest a hard squeeze at the top. I can see my chest getting big and feel my muscles breaking down. Give me another few months and my goal is to do 3-4 reps and rack the entire machine icon_smile.gif

    Squats all the way! Both back squats and front squats. If I could just learn how to keep from letting the bar bruise my arms when doing front squats.

    weighted bar dips, because i am an incredibly lazy person, and it hits a lot of areas in a short amount of time and you can vary the body position to target them. similarly, various chin-ups and pull-ups. i really like "real world" type of body exercises, the ones you can apply in a real life situation. i also think that it gives your body a more natural, human-like look hehehe rather than a comic book hero one.

    Barbell Squats- Some reason I just get really stoked when I feel confident enough to throw some more weight on the bar. I've always had chicken legs and I'm finally turning that around icon_biggrin.gif

    +1 on Preacher Curl.

    I'm vain though so I pick a lot of exercises because they make me look sexy while I'm doing them haha. Love seeing the veins pop when I'm doing preachers.

    I like doing concentration curls and feeling my veins while I workout...always gets me boned up. icon_lol.gif

    Favorite is the squat, followed by the deadlift (including its variations) and the bench press. I generally prefer the major compound exercises, then supplement with accessory, or more focused exercises.
