I´ve been going to the gym at 6am in the morning about 3 or 4 times a week because it´s the only time of day I can get to the gym being a full time student and working full time as well. I had been working out on an empty stomach and a friend told me I should try to eat before hand. Problem is, if i have breakfast before, and I have to wait 30 mins to digest, I have to be at work by 8am and probably won´t have time to finish my hour plus routine.... After my workout I´ve also been drinking a homemade protein shake that includes 4 egg whites, oatmeal, milk, yougurt, peanut butter, and bananas. I tried drinking half of it before the workout but felt too full. What would be the ideal food I could eat? How much? So that I don´t feeel like I´m training on a full stomach... ?
