So, here's the cliff notes version of my introduction here.

1. Was unemployed for a year. Diagnosed with depression. Suddenly, ballooned from 180 to 230 during that time. Joyous.

2. Now employed, doing a lot better and looking to start working out, potentially getting a gym membership, and bringing myself to a better weight.

Now, thing is, I really don't have much of an idea of what are good workout ideas, good gym plans, and such. Someone I know suggested this site to help me get start so I thought I'd make a post to help get some tips on getting started.

Just wanna know what are some gyms to look into, their rates, suggest calorie intake, some good at-home exercises to do, etc.
