Dems and Repubs have both proven their inability to create and maintain a stable economy, and their unwillingness to stand up for equal civil rights.

I think it's time for a REAL change.

Well at least we could enjoy killing a few of them before they kill us.
Quite frankly, from what I can tell, every political party is against us.
I've never been barbaric by nature, but if I know I'm gonna be taken out, I'd probably bust a nut while taking a few of them out before they take me out. At least I'd go out in style, and happy. icon_biggrin.gif

I'm sorry, but I think under current conditions Libertarianism is a joke.

There would not be a need for a large government to regulate and unify us all under one nation with consistency if everybody was on their best behavior. But we don't live in such a fairy tale world. There is far too much corruption and disregard for human welfare in this country for me to consider libertarianism.

Right, which is why you believe that the federal government should overturn New York's rights to allow gay marriage in their state until the feds decide that it's the morally right thing to do. I guess you really aren't as much of a gay rights activist as we thought!

    jprichva saidLibertarianism is a fraud.

It's about rationalizing selfishness, and frankly, even Ron Paul isn't much of a libertarian. Not only is he against teh gayz, he considers abortion the worst crime imaginable. Now without taking sides on that one for a moment, can you imagine anything less "libertarian" than dictating to a woman what she can do with her body?

    Libertarianism is a cancer.

Actually he's not against gays, but then again, you're a baldfaced liar with almost every post you make.

And the whole position one takes on abortion is relative to how you define when life begins. If one believes that life begins in the body of a pregnant woman then it is no longer "just her own body" that she is making decisions on. She could potentially be infringing on the rights of the unborn child and that baby. Like everyone else in society, the unborn child would need to be protected as though they were born. But your puny mind is incapable of understanding this, hence you reverberate the same asinine crap over and over.

The sad thing is that you can't even understand an opposing point of view before disagreeing with it, because your mind can't even go that far.

Why do you ignore racism so much. Someone in another thread claimed they had no issue saying they disliked Obama based on the color of his skin. When I pointed out the ridiculousness of his racism, you actually DEFENDED him.

    Ron Paul on abortion:

"Abortion on demand is the ultimate State tyranny; the State simply declares that certain classes of human beings are not persons, and therefore not entitled to the protection of the law. The State protects the “right” of some people to kill others, just as the courts protected the “property rights” of slave masters in their slaves. Moreover, by this method the State achieves a goal common to all totalitarian regimes: it sets us against each other, so that our energies are spent in the struggle between State-created classes, rather than in freeing all individuals from the State. Unlike Nazi Germany, which forcibly sent millions to the gas chambers (as well as forcing abortion and sterilization upon many more), the new regime has enlisted the assistance of millions of people to act as its agents in carrying out a program of mass murder."

    Ron Paul on teh gayz:

“Mr. Speaker, while I oppose federal efforts to redefine marriage as something other than a union between one man and one woman, I do not believe a constitutional amendment is either a necessary or proper way to defend marriage.”

Who's the 'baldfaced liar', you unhinged smarmy piece of trash?

D'oh, it's because he has reiterated numerous times that he's against federal government involvement in "marriage" period. So I guess he's against straight married people too according to you! Gosh I think you really just enjoy looking idiotic, it's not even accidental anymore.
