One of the best books I've ever read was back in 7th grade. It's called So far from the Bamboo Grove. I LOVED that book and didn't put it down. I've read it like 6 times.

Awww this reminds me of Harry Potter heyday. Waiting until midnight to buy the book, rushing home and getting under the covers to read until sunrise....I miss being in my mid 20's icon_sad.gif

I loved that book too; in fact, I cried over them. There's a sequel to it now. Haven't read it yet though.

Happened to me with one of those choose your adventure books in middle school. Most recently I found myself glued to 'Saving Max' by Antoinette van Heugten. John Grisham books can also cause the 'it's what time!?' thing too; not always, but a couple have done that to me. Glad to hear reading is alive and well!
