**Sorry if this is a repost!

Anyone have/used an "Ab-Lounge"???? Were they any good. A buddy just moved in and has it in the spare room still packaged. Wondering if its worth setting up?

I'm thinking the fact that they use the word 'lounge' to market this product should tell you everything you need to know.

Getting visible abs has everything to do with getting rid of enough fat(which cannot be localized) so a much better plan would be a full body cardio program instead of 'lounging' in some deceptive TV workout POS.

Sorry, but those type of things get me a little peeved because they do people such a disservice.

Ok...But have you actually used this piece of equipment?

I tried it at a friend's house recently.

    Cheap POS.

Save your time, money, and back - which you'll end up hurting on this, and go with a balanced cardio/weight training program.

I have to disagree. I do have a bad back and have trouble doing sit-ups. This product has helped me a lot. I started with 50 reps and now I just do it while watching tv. The best thing was lying on my side and working the chair-it helped get rid of my love handles. Just like many other products and supplements-maybe you just need to find one that's right for you.
