Gaga made me uncomfortable last night....I do love her risk-taking mind set though...but I think that fell flat on the MTV awards thingy.

that awkward kiss that almost happened between gaga and britney was so uhhhh awkward, i could see britney felt uncomfortable.

The whole man drag king thing got old real quick.

Yeah it did. It was a bit much, I just wanted to see a good performance.

She made me smile. Stayed in character even as she fell off of the piano.

And the female performers utterly buried the male performers, in style, talent, work ethic, listen-ability.

Lady G was the ONLY person worth watching in that boring show.

She made me feel uncomfortable and nearly embarrassed for her. I'm not a huge fan by any means. I appreciate her creativity and sense of art and she is musically talented, but sometimes it just comes off as awkward and too far out there IMO

Her current album is self-righteous and preachy.

I thought she was great and the only person really trying to shake things up. Everyone else was so typical and so scripted.

She brought something fresh and was the only memorable thing about the event (besides Beyonce's total lack of class in revealing her pregnancy at an awards show on stage..........)

Plus, I think she looks hot as Jo ;-)

Jersey Shore was fun to watch LOL. But with the stupid time zone changes I missed the fight epidode! I thought it came on at 7 mountain time, but it was actually 6 pm. Argh!

I just watched the gaga part and then Lil Wayne at the end. Lil Wayne was like half ghetto half heavy metal or whatever.

I personally don't care to watch any type of music/video awards show. Stuff like that is only fun when you're actually there. I tend to just glimpse at it every couple hours or so or when I have nothing else to do. The people who I really want to appear are never on the show. Just all the typical chart crap that you hear at a local Denver gay bar.

I think if she had done that in a concert where an audience wanted to hear what she had to say in the monologue, she could have pulled it off. The monologue had depth and framed the lyrics of the song. But the VMA audience of stupid Bieber girls squealed every time she took a breath and drowned out what she was saying. That was performance art in the wrong venue. It fell apart, IMHO.

I am not a big fan of that song either, but I get she was trying to make a statement.
