Hey guys. Just looking for someone out there who would like to exchange a few messages from time to time to answer questions, revise routines or just offer a push onto the next ledge. Would rather speak to someone who has been through the situations and experienced the up and downs when trying to reach an aesthetic goal instead of referring to books that may not have the info I need or offer too much so that it turns into analysis paralysis.

I usually hit the gym hard for a couple of months before I lose my way which really delays the progress and cuts into the gains ive made. I attribute this to the fact that I dont really have anyone to work out with as most of my friends just dont really care about fitness nor do i have anyone to talk through the issues with. So maybe if anyone would like to spare a few minutes here and there every now and again it could really help me get to where I want to be. Just shoot me a message if youre interested.

I prefer to workout at home rather than in the gym...even spend $1000's on equipment to build my home gym. Having a room dedicated to fitness is a great way to motivate yourself. That way when you're moping around doing nothing, you can walk in there and do a few sets here and there to kill time.

It's become such a habit that even while working three months out of state, I've still been doing bodyweight exercises in the hotel room 3-5 days/wk to maintain so I can jump back into the weights when I get home.

Once you find a way to make it fun, you'll be more likely to stick with it, and find ways to keep it up even when a gym is not available.
