What do you guys think about Muscle Building Stacks for Men on bodybuilding.com?


Does these kinds of supplements really work and are worth the price? I'm 19, trying to gain some muscle mass and get more defined muscles, not trying to become a bodybuilder.
Those ''stacks'' include different types of supplements. Is it convenient to take all of them or just unnecessary? My doubt here is if I'm fine taking only whey protein, Creatine and amino acids to get better results from my workouts?
