I'm looking to put together a shopping list for supplements that have as little if none added sweeteners/sucralose or food colours or flavours as possible.

Here are two to start with:

    1. Optimum Natural Pro Complex - contains BCAAs (14g/serving?)

    2. IsoPure Whey Protein

Quality food is the best thing to start with, no doubt.

The supplements are there to add to what might lack. And despite being in the most overfed nation to ever grace this earth... we have the poorest quality in our mass-produced, over-preserved, hyper-sweetened, overly processed foods.

This and finding the balance in quaffing down 200+ grams of the right proteins and amino acids and hoping that I'm getting as much from more than a half-kilo per day of egg whites, cottage cheese, and chicken breasts is gonna do the trick.

Was looking for those too! Can't have Sucralose, cause it gives me seizures, but still want to take weight gainers and protein shakes. Need some healthy alternatives.
