Why all these supplements?
Quality food is the best thing to start with, no doubt.
The supplements are there to add to what might lack. And despite being in the most overfed nation to ever grace this earth... we have the poorest quality in our mass-produced, over-preserved, hyper-sweetened, overly processed foods.
This and finding the balance in quaffing down 200+ grams of the right proteins and amino acids and hoping that I'm getting as much from more than a half-kilo per day of egg whites, cottage cheese, and chicken breasts is gonna do the trick.
