Anybody ever substituted goat cheese for cream cheese?

The goat cheese seems creamier....and it just seems like a healthier way to make a dessert.

I love goat cheese but have never substituted for cream cheese, mainly because I don't eat bagels or any bread lol.

So wtf, how come u have such nice abs and eat bread. Life isn't fair : (

I just ate an awesome salad tho with goat cheese, arugala, mint leaves, watermelon, pistachios and walnut oil and rice wine vinegar as the dressing. Was delicious. (yes guys I can cook)

Goat cheese is quite a bit more tangy then cream cheese. Since you said you wanted to use it in a desert, you may want to soften the tang with a little bit of honey (nuke the honey in the microwave for 20 secs until it is the consistency of water - much easier to blend). You can also mix in a little milk in order to make the cheese creamier (since goat cheese is generally not as smooth as cream cheese).
