Hey Everyone! so i've been yo-yo dieting for a while but i have managed to loose a good amount of weight. Still I feel lost, I never know what to do at the gym or what to eat, as well as my motivation and self is rather very low...I need help, they dont have to be in hawaii, I just need someone to guide me and help me reach my goals.
