Where can I find a meal plan to get %7-%10 body fat?

    actually google the Paleo diet. It has fat in it, but without the processed grains and dairy you don't put on any fat at all..just lean muscle. Its a bit hard to do at first, but you quickly fall into it. Lots of trips to grocery store for meat, eggs, veggies, but you will feel great

    The paleo diet will do the trick for sure. It can be a difficult diet to follow, but the results will speak for themselves. Mark Sisson www.marksdailyapple.com is a great paleo resource.

    Op ur like me, not fat, but definitely not 6 pack skinny. I think we both need to pack on some more muscle before worrying about cutting. I'm aiming to try/start paleo next summer. Until then time to eat and lift like an animal : )
