At 163 cm... I've only grown like 10 cm from primary school (I wish I was kidding, I was HUGE back then!) Is it possible to get to 170? Or anything like that? I've heard you can... But not sure if it's all gimicky...

It depends. You are 18 so you could have a late growth spurt. How tall are your parents? That will give you an idea of how tall you will grow. But short of putting manure in your shoes there is nothing you can do about your height. It's all down to genetics.

I hear if you live to 100 you'll get another gross spurt then. Sadly, you'll likely be dealing with arthritis and/or osteoporosis, which makes you shrink.

I don't know if height is completely genetic, but it's largely out of your control, unless you undergo bone-lengthening surgery.

If you're short, get used to it (and all the short jokes), fast. No one likes a guy with a Napoleon complex...unless you're a power bottom. icon_wink.gif

Not likely. But you can gain about a 1/4 inch by improving your posture and standing up straight.

    Wear lots of vertical stripes.

I hate it when guys have Short Angry Man Syndrome, just wanna gag them.

Stop whining and work with the height you have, being tall aint all that as my bruised head can attest
Every door frame is an enemy
Every low hanging beam a bump waiting to happen
