    Hey fellas,

I'm in Toronto and thinking about starting doing Muy Thai or Kickboxing... It seems really fun and great exercise.

Any advice on beginning? For guys in TO - any advice on gyms?

Thanks! Any input would be helpful.

I've walked by a place near my work just east of john/richmond. Haven't checked it out, so I don't know much about it.

I was just going to say stretch. Stick with it, even if it's hard at first. I did it for 10 years and loved it!

Great spot Queen and Bathurst. I just started going there myself. Wicked workout. Hopefully see you there.
