Hey guys. A friend of mine was just telling me about a scary experience he had. My question is this: Do you believe in ghosts? Have you had experiences that you believe involved a ghost or ghosts? Serious question here, and not because Halloween is coming up soon. icon_smile.gif

Yeah, what's with the "Athletic, friendly, approachable" without a public pic?

But no, don't believe in ghosts. I believe humans are capable of lots of impressive mental feats that explain all of these "phenomena." And I say impressive because the raw processing power required to warp perception to the point of hallucination is daunting.

So far, no believable ghosts have ever been caught on film or tape.

My mother was a huge believer in ghosts. The "ghostly encounters" that she had were a point of contention between her and me. Such a believer was she that she made a pact with my sister that she would try to move an object (a pre-chosen personal item) in plain sight of multiple witnesses after her death.

My sister stares at it every time she visits the house. So far nothing.

I went with a bunch of friends to Hell House in Ellicott City, MD one time when I was in high school.

The whole trip was spooky and creepy and I'm convinced the place was haunted.

We were checking out the creepy scenery and found a spooky staircase that went down into a haunted basement area. I suddenly heard a spooky voice say, "Hey, you guys wanna toke up with us?" IT WAS THE GHOSTS OF THE LOCAL STONER KIDS!

Then, I had to convince the terrifying ghost of the tow truck guy not to tow my haunted car because I had done a creepy spooky illegal park job on the side of the haunted road!

Then we all went out for creepy Mexican food and told our spooky ghost waiter it was someone's birthday. So the haunted mariachi band came over and played for us, "Felicidades, felicidades, feliz cumpleanos en este dia, etc" in the most horrifying of ways.

Then they told us they did requests and we asked for Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen. They told us to fuck off in so many words. So rude. AND SPOOKY.

I ate my haunted burrito and it was pretty mediocre and then we went home.

    The end.

    ghosts are not real

I have also had an experience with an entity. I do not call them ghosts because that would mean they are departed brothers or sisters that have died. When we die we just do not come back to haunt floor boards and kitchen appliances. These entities are demons. They are very real and they are not something to play with.

Satan has many demons doing his work for him and if anyone tells me about ghost I know they are real but in a sense that they are demonic entities.

These fallen angels or nephilim is a very dangerous thing to be playing with and if one is haunting you the only thing a person can do is arm themselves with the Lord Jesus Christ.

There are terrible things happening in this universe the nephilim are indeed preparing for their final fight against God's people, these fallen angels are everywhere.

Jesus is real and so is satan and all his demonic entitites.

I have a friend who did not believe in ghosts until they had an experience they will never forget.

These entities come to people in two ways.

The first is that People are not aware of ghosts and due to their way of living they get visited. Now I m not talking about people who are weak in the faith, after all why would satan use his army to attack the people he already owns, no of course it it the righteous who these spirits come after.

The second way in which these demons come to attack people are by the living opening the spirit world by playing spirit games.

It is not the departed "souls" that come to attack us but indeed the dark satanic spirits.

I know these things exist. For one I have encountered one and secondly God tells me they are real and God also tells me How to stand against them if they do come.

I don't. I would actually wager I'm one of the least suggestible people to paranormal activity. Dump me in an abandoned insane asylum built on top of an indian burial ground wrapped inside a house where a deranged father murdered his entire family and I'll lay down and take a nap and marvel at the fabulous original fixtures in the bathroom.

Having lived in not one, but two apartments where a previous tenant had committed suicide, I still haven't had a paranormal/ghost related experience.

I like the idea that there could be ghosts, but they are either terrified of me or resent the fact that I'm not afraid of them and never make their presence known.

You see this is the exact impression people have when approaching this topic. Most people believe that it would be the people who have died haunting the place.

Like in your example of an Indian graveyard or a murderer who is dead and his spirit haunting the place. You see it is this impression that a lot of people have that they think is ghosts but it goes much deeper than this.

We are dealing with entities that you cannot see with the naked eye, you can indeed feel their presence. unless they chose to reveal themselves to you then only will you be able to see them.

Trust me you do not want to see them or even have an encounter with one. These are not wicked people who have died or righteous people who have died they are demons.

They are very real and God forbids all communication with spirits.

and for very good reason. Until you have am encounter you will not see the spirits but just cuz you cannot see them does not mean they not there.

I actually had two encounters with these things and I know they are terrified of the Lord Jesus Christ. Like I said until you have an encounter you cannot understand this thing. It is best you don't because it will not let you sleep.

I know many people who have seen these things, yes these people do believe they are departed spirits, i am not convinced. I am ashamed to say this but yes long time ago I went to a group graveyard spirit searching and what I found was not pretty.

Listen demons exist I know that, but some people only believe when they see them. By that time this person is now so traumatized it is not even funny, these same people who scoffed at these things when others told them about it are now in the same position when people are now not believing them.

If a person sees theses things then yes indeed they are made a believer.

It is something you do NOT want to see. Trust me

When you see these things you want to learn were they come from and when you dig in then you have serious trouble coming. Satan prefers not to be believed and many people are indeed eating out of the palm of his hand.

I personally dont think everyone is always sensitive to them either.... I've had my ups and downs... periods where I sensed alot of them, to the current one, where I am not sensing anything at all..... However.. in the periods where I was most sensitive, I've had my senses confirmed by other people who were sensitive and said they had the same sensations....

Ok, taht makes a lot of sense... sixth sense the movie anyone?

In a sensitive period, I would be able to sense them everywhere.. they were all around us at all times.. most of the time however, they would not interact with any of us.....

You do not want them to interact with you greenhopper. it is best to leave these things alone. The damage that they can do is serious.

but yes at least you believe they exist. when i say they I am not sure if you think they are really the dead people or demons but from chatting to you in past posts I get the impression you believe it is the dead people.

    I could be wrong.

But yes never the less these things are terrible. When a person encounters one then indeed they become a believer. At the graveyard we went to LONG ago when I scoffed at these things, a friend took photos and got some very disturbing pictures.

We went to a Chinese grave of a man who killed himself, when you research how he died you find out it was suicide, he burnt himself to death. a friend took a picture of his grave and when they went to develop it the lady at the shop said all the pictures did not come out accept the one with the fire around it.

I saw that picture and I knew in my heart it was the demons. The mans grave had literal fire all around it on the photo but when we were there physically there was none. I will never go back to any of these hunts now that I know who is control of the events. The devil and his legions.

Like i said until you who scoff at these things (like i was) until you see and are confronted by them you will not believe unless of course your religion teaches you about them

No there is no contradiction, it was not the man who died it was demons, it had fire all over the grave, this does not prove the man who committed suicide was sending a message, it was the demons. They sending their message out loud and clear.
