What was your senior prom song and how about a prom memory that sticks in your mind?

The song: Mine was "Just the Way You Are" by Billy Joel.

I remember that in second place was some song by the Grateful Dead. Yup...that was life in my high school.

The memory: I went with my best girl friend and I remember her saying to me, "Michael tonight things are going to change for you....
and things are going to change between you and I!"

    They didn't! icon_biggrin.gif

"She Thinks My Tractor's Sexy" by Kenny Chesney.

Granted, my high school was in the same town that was all atwitter when we got our second traffic light.

My senior prom was in 1999, so they played current songs of the day like Livin' La Vida Loca, plus some throwbacks during breakdancing. The prom ended with Prince's 1999.

    Fuck if I remember.

Both of my proms were pretty unmemorable because nothing of significance happened at either one and I clearly was not interested in either of my dates.

It was probably some shitty country song. Kids from Montgomery County, MD like to pretend they live in the south, even though it's one of the most affluent and liberal counties in the country.

High school blew. High school dances blew even harder.

Spice Up Your Life by the Spice Girls was our prom song and our class song was Wonderwall but the cover by Ryan Adams.

Get your fix with the class of 06.

Pretty sure it was Peter Gabriel's "In Your Eyes" yeah, pretty lame as it's not really a danceable song, even as a slow dance!? wtf
