cardio vs. weight trainig. I'm doing both. Combined and separately... What's the best workout I can do at home to get the biggest bang for my buck?? I've got a bowflex.. Free weights.. And an ellipitcal. Mind you, I drink heavy beer and refuse to give them up (issue # one, I know) I'm also trying to lose the last bit of weight in my stomach while at the same time trying to get more cut. I've been struggling.. Any ideas? Except for getting rid of the beer icon_biggrin.gif
