Working out the center of your chest

    Tips on developing that line in the center of your chest.

    Best workouts to make those muscle that create that line.

    You're not going to like the answer, but here it is anyway: There is nothing you can do to create that line. It's simply a side effect of building your chest. Make your chest bigger and the line will get deeper. In other words, you can't dig a hole to make a valley but where hills are present, the valley will naturally appear.

    What I think you are asking is an issue I face...I do not have the physical pec present to bulge out my pecs (which are friggin big and hot)....However, my gendtics is has handed me a little gap-bigger than I l like) between my pecs...so no matter how big my pecs are it is physiologically impossible to get that line. Remember I am a doc and certified person trainer and tend to deal with reality...no one like reality. R

    Can't tell from your pics.. you have none of your bod, but the kid doesn't have that type of sternum. He can build right to center.
