Help...New to Lifting

    Hy Guys...So Ive never been a big lifter...I have a atheltic/thin body...With not too much not a rail or anything but I wanna gain some muscle...

    First off I will say Im not going to a gym.

    I have Dumbells and a medicine ball and a pull up bar on my door frame.

    I wanna get bigger arms-shoulders-chest-traps

    Can you guys give me some advice and workouts to help me get bigger in those area..using what I have?

    Im not going to the gym and Im not working out for 5 hours maybe like 30 mins

    Any advice is appreciated

    You're going to find it very difficult to make much progress at home unless you spend a lot of cash on equipment. You'll need to change your workout program every 4-6 weeks to continue to see gains, and that's very hard to do with the minimal equipment you've mentioned. (And no, I don't own stock in the gym industry.) icon_smile.gif
