We've all done it. We've all been at the gym working out and then spot some other guy doing a lift that made us go, "Ooo I wanna try that." And since I'm in the market for some new moves, I'm curious to see what all you other guys have stolen from fellow lifters at the gym.

So, what's your favorite lift you've hijacked from someone at the gym?

Strip set curls. Wow, have done wonders for my biceps.

From a 6'1"/probably 250 lb hot blonde freshman from my college gym last year:

    Superset:
    -Scullcrushers
    -bench press

Considering that this guy was 18/19 and curling 50 lb weights to warm up, I was definitely watching every inch of his body for moves to check out.
