    It always seems that when I get really motivated and into a routine of actually hitting the gym consistently Murphy always seems to strike. For instance, today I got off late and the gym changed their closing time by one hour earlier.. tomorrow I dont even get off until the gym closes. How do some of you cope with the circumstances that get in the way of what you want to accomplish? Im on basically a 5 day routine.. and with having an off day yesterday the not being able to get in tonight or tomorrow.. I legitimately feel like a fat slob :l

    i always rebelled as much as i could when stuff like that happened to me. when my gym membership had a day between payment, i just ran around my court, 250 times, hoping it accumulated a mile. did pushups, abs, and home workouts in my backyard.

    if you want to work a sweat, you'll find a way, gym or no gym.

    there are tons of youtube videos about home workouts, btw
