I was wondering how people used bodybuilding.com and what parts they found to be helpful and useful in their workouts and what parts not. I've used the site to get and research some supplements as I think the ratings and reviews are pretty helpful. I also used the "quick start" Find a Plan to come up with a new workout quickly when I was in a rut. However, browsing through the articles felt tedious as there were so many and everyone had their different outlook on what works for them. Same with the forums — there were so many different advice given it was hard to figure out who to follow (I guess sometimes similar to this site, or any other forums)
