Last Thursday evening, as I was sitting in my hotel room flipping channels, half paying attention to the background noise, and working on my laptop...

I stumbled across an episode of 'Grey's Anatomy'.

I don't know if it was new or a repeat, but it had a great little sub plot about two Army guys who were in love, but afraid to show their love because of DADT; even as one partner was going into life threatening surgery.

    WELL DONE ABC.

Well scripted, matter of fact, unheralded. The real kicker was almost the last scene where one of the younger doc's is talking to her therapist about relationships.

Not something I normally watch, and probably something I will never watch again, BUT...

    WELL DONE!!!

yeah...that was a great episode in general!

It was also great to see ABC is allowing producers to challenge sociopolictical policies.

Brother's and Sister's is another great show on ABC

omg... Brothers and Sisters last night was so ground breaking. And so amazing. And what a night to do it, Mothers Day.

I only hope that my mother was watching it. I didn't ask her about it yet as yesterday was the first time she actually acknowledged my bf. Well kind of, she asked about him and then said, Let's just say that you have a friend and his name is Joey for now. That's all I can handle. But it was a step.
