I've only watched Queer As Folks so far and I found it a bit boring. Any good suggestion you guys have?

i wouldn't call torchwood a gay series but it does have subplots here and there

but i'd still watch it over any gay series available, none are very good that i know of

i did like that short one on hulu i think where the world was gay and the straight guy is trying to fit in. may have sucked though.

Yes! to this. I love Lauren Ambrose, watching Torchwood makes me want to watch Six ft. under all over again. love her character.

But yeah not too many "gay" series out there as far as soley focusing on a gay character. And the ones that are out there range from crap to meh just ok.

    Dante's Cove

What an absolutely terrible series in every way. Really. However, it's so bad that it's hilarious to watch. It's pure comedy even though it was supposed to be some sort of dark, supernatural soap opera.

There are only 12 episodes, so the suffering shouldn't lead to a brain hemorrhage. Some of the sex scenes are like 'WTF' though.

Even though pussies and titties aren't my thing, The L Word really is an awesome series. Well, at least I thought it was during most of its run. A lot more thought went into this series than into Queers as Folk for sure.

Though they wouldn't be considered gay series...

90210 had a gay storyline last season that, for the most part, was handled really well. You can find all the clips of just that storyline on YouTube.

Also, ABC's Happy Endings sitcom has a gay character who's the funniest character on the show and is not stereotypical at all.

Totally agree with this. I just bought seasons 1 and 2 over the weekend and watched it all. It was very choppy but there were a lot of WTF moments and it's cute. I have a crush on Charlie David now icon_rolleyes.gif
