I'm at 160lb, 5-9 with a normal metabolism. I'm slim, cut right now with little mid section fat that keeps getting reduce with more abs workout. I lost 10 lbs from loss of fat due to my 4x exercise and weight lifting per week in the last 5 months. I'm happy with my physique right now but I don't want to be that slim.

How do I build weight through adding muscles? I can use some more on my chest and more curves arms. Should I do more weight lifting?

You cannot spot lose, but you can spot add. So if you want a bigger chest and arms.. work them!

The best phrase I heard about gaining muscle is that you must have clay before you can sculpt. In other words, even the healthiest diet will involve you gaining fat AND muscle. Then you can focus on reducing the fat through cardio in an amount that doesn't compromise muscle loss.
