Be more specific. Where are you now with your back (size, shape, strong points, weak points) and what exactly do you want to accomplish?

I want size, I want it to grow big with my chest.

Ive overworked my chest in the past and love to push on chest days but my back definately lacks. So size and power for me.

Do you row? How about power cleans or deadlifts? Overhead squats? You would even get strength in your back doing strict press...anything with the bar overhead requires solid core stability.

I always went with pull ups and chin ups
be sure to do close grip and wide grip to get a full range on your back too
Also if you want to do chin ups til failure keep going until you can't go anymore and then put 1 foot on top of a chair for added support to keep going.
    that will help build endurance
    hope this helped icon_wink.gif

Powercleans are great for really reving up the metabolism.

Also, what about good old fashioned pullups?

Pullovers can also be good to tie the back and chest together and work the serratus as well.

Now work that back and post some progress pics!
