A cat lost for 5 years to be reunited with its owners because of an implanted microchip. Perhaps something for other pet owners to consider?

This is amazing. I've gone through almost 10 cats since they just left at night to go out have fun and never came back. One black cat did make it back home 2 months later, but then he left again and I never saw him again. icon_sad.gif Wish we coulda just tagged them all with microchips .....

Err you are doing something wrong if they are leaving home like that. Cats have strong home return instincts.
This is their way of telling you something.
Are you not desexing your cats?
Another possibility is environment outside your house is too dangerous for them. You live on a busy street? Nasty neighbourhood dogs?
I hope you will be responsible and find out what's wrong with your home or your way of caring for pets before you go get another one.
    10 cats... really...

micro-chipping pets? it could be some kind of conspiracy, the number of the beast cat!
