help here!!

    urrgh,i been going to gym for 5 years and my mum wants to start to go to gym to cut down on her fat.
    the thing is,she wants me to train her but i am a lil worried cause my training regime is totally different from her...can anyone help me on what to recommend to her??

    I don't see how training with your mum will help either of you. It is unlikely that she'll want to do heavy weights to get pumped up. It soundsl ike she wants to lose weight and will probably need to do cardio stuff.

    You should go with her to the gym and get one of the trainers there to make her a routine, that is high on cardio/aerobic stuff. She could follow that while you are doing your weight training.

    Or, if there are no training staff available, show her how to use the machines and go off and do your own thing, checking back on her occasionally. Be encouraging whilst letting her know that your routine is not right for her, it's likely she just wants some company and support to get into the rountine of exercising and will eventaully go on her own.
