Need a Ab Regimen

    I pretty much burned as much fat as I can from cardio, now with my training I am changing my eating habits a lot more and feel that I need to incorporate an ab routine to my workout regimen. Anyone know a good routine I can do?

    This is what I'm basically working with.

    Basically abs show when the fat is all gone. Though it is always good to incorporate an ab routine in your workout it is unrealistic for you to expect to see results until you reduce your body fat. My suggestion think of carbs as your number one enemy: especially simple carbs like pasta, breads, potatoes, soft drinks, cookies, cake - eliminate them completely from your diet. Oh and beer and wine too - though I tend to violate that rule the most. Keep at it with the cardio - that is the most effective way to lose body fat.

    As far as ab routine. Tons of resources on this site.

    Be determine and disciplined. There is no shortcuts.

    Oh trust me, no shortcuts here. Been at this for fpur months now. I know the hard wrk.that goes into this.
