This hasnt happened to me, but funny story about coming out.

So I got 2 best friends in school, one we will call F, the other we will call C. I came out to F and C at the same time.

Now F and C have a best friend as well, we will call her S, and she came out to F and C when I did.

I know who S is, we have hung out once and a while but were never besties like these other ones.

Think of it this way, if friends are tiers on a cake, C and F would be tier one and S would be tier 3.

Now C told me that S was gay, and F told S that I was gay, yet we have never told each other.

    Funny ass shit right?

When I told my brother that I'm gay, he said: "Oh? I slept with some guys in college but didn't really like it."

Thats funny, a lot of my friends told me that their girlfriends stuck a finger up their ass when they were fucking and they liked it.

    Hey, nothing wrong with that!

Wow, okay, never heard that story before... Hahaha

And regarding S and you, yea that's weird that u hadn't told each other. But I still think my double "coming out" story is so bizarre. Just never happened to me before. Hahaha

I had the opposite happen though....

I used to be a professional kayaker. One day coming home from a day of boating with a guy I'd met a week or two before I asked him if he had a girlfriend. He told me he was gay. I was still closeted. So I asked him tons of questions about being gay and being out, etc, etc....aaaaaaaand we basically hooked up all summer.

I'd been working my way up to telling a good friend for a little while.

When I got to hers, a few of her work friends were there already and I'd been friends with one of the girls at school, so we chatted away. Apparently her and my friend had been seeing each other in secret for a while by then. Made it quite a bit easier to tell her!

Now they are out (outed pretty horribly actually), it's nice to see how accommodating and accepting our friendship group have been.

My best friend (girl) and I have known each other since 7th grade and were inseperable since. A lot of people from high school still consider us a package deal.

Well one night on top of Stone Mountain here in GA during the summer right before we started college, she came out to me. Then I in turn came out to her. Kinda funny we both turned out gay. Everyone thought we were together most of middle and high school. Proved them wrong! Ha

In my mid-20s I had my first job on wall street. I got along with everyone in the office but couldn't relate as a friend to anyone. One day a new employee arrives. He had heard of me through some friends from my college. He and I hit it off instantly. We had lunches together, drinks after work, and started going to parties together. I tried to hook him up with a chick one night but she wasn't at all his type. After she left, we ordered another drink and it occurred to me that it was a perfect time to tell him. I had already met some of his gay friends from college and in fact one party I went to with him was completely gay. So I saw no reason he would have a problem with me coming out to him. I was extremely matter of fact when I said "Oh there is something I've been meaning to tell you. " "Yeah." "I'm gay." He burst out laughing which made me laugh. So now I'm laughing hysterically and each time I come up for air, I say, "but I'm serious" which only makes him laugh harder and me follow suit. We're soon almost falling out of our chairs with laughter. Then when we are both exhausted from laughter, I calmly tell him. "It was all true". To which he replies. "I'm shocked."

The next day he comes into my office and tells me he is struggling with the news. "I have to completely reconsider the image I have of you." We remain friends as usual despite his feelings. He starts to make strange comments like "let's check out the men" and "maybe we should have sex sometime". When I went to visit a friend in Boston with him we had to share a bed. He ended up groping me and things started getting very sexual and affectionate. We tried going all out one night but he had so many inhibitions that I wasn't sure how to handle it.

Eventually I introduced him to a friend of mine. Now I had met this friend when we tricked out together. He had a boyfriend which I discovered later and had even given me a wrong number the night we tricked out. I decided it wasn't worth pursuing a relationship even though I was quite taken by him. When my curious friend took a liking to him as well and I saw a good opportunity. My friend was in an unhealthy relationship with a guy who was always putting him down. There were nights where his boyfriend would not come home. Times where he walked in on him getting a bj from a stranger. I figured a confused bi-curious guy was just what he needed. I kept if from both that there was a mutual attraction but I did my best to bring them together. My friend just assumed my work colleague was straight even when he was dropping some obvious hints. One night it was just too much and I said to him, "sometimes you have to look straight in front of you to see that what you want is right there." His eye popped wide open. They fell in love.

Initially things were messy since my friend was still living with his abusive boyfriend. Eventually he left him and the two moved in together. It lasted 5 years until my work colleague got the "I want to see what's out there" syndrom and left him. He dated quite a few other guys but would never find anything close to that relationship. He eventually gave up and now says he is asexual.

My gay friend who was left was heartbroken. He dated a few guys and eventually settled on a guy who surprised us all because he was so effeminate. He wasn't attracted to him initially and sex was struggle. They have been together ever since and I assume they are now married since they both live in NY.

Lol, Similar scenario, My sister came out to me and fam when I was going to do the same, but after she did I thought I'd hold off... I had no clue at all she was a lesbo and come from conservative family, parents mightve jumped off a bridge! icon_eek.gif
