So, this morning I locked myself out of my apartment but luckily left the door to my bedroom - which fronts a 6-metre high balcony - open. When I arrived home from work, I jumped onto the bottom railing of the balcony and pushed myself up. Thank you, pull-ups.icon_biggrin.gif

Anybody else find some practical uses for exercises in their standard repertoire?

As are deadlifts as well as clean and jerks. Used those moves a lot when I moved last month icon_cool.gif

You guys are both absolutely right - moving boxes up stairs doesn't seem as much a pain in the ass when you help friends moveicon_wink.gif

Yup! Squats and deadlifts come in handy if you ever have to move furniture.

Trollileo saidI've been told that I'm a good kisser and that is most likely from playing French horn.

Cardio obviously comes in handy when I'm fleeing the scenes of my crimes from authorities. Various ab exercises I do have helped when jumping over fences and other obstacles while fleeing from the authorities. So have pullups and pushups.

    Gotta love Insanity.
You forgot to mention: Bench presses are good for knocking the fuck out of authorities when they finally catch up to you.
