An acquaintance tried to sell me on the benefits of ASEA supplements. I didn't have the time just then. Should I listen when tries again? I'm in my 60's, took up fitness a year ago when diagnosed with diabetes. I've shed 50 pounds and got off the diabetes meds but had a heart attack doing it so I'm on blood thinners forever. The only supplements I use are fish oil and a multivitamin. I feel fine, the training is going well and my only medical issues are minor sports related injuries. Does ASEA make since in this instance?
