Are you the type who wants to be left alone and becomes a little sluggish or uses that emotion for more positive things??

I take the pain and use it to fuel my running and workouts. Gym time = therapy. Have to watch it with food though...I tend to rarely be hungry in the few days post-breakup, so I down nutrition shakes and things like that.

It depends on how it ended, but most recently before I found my current bf was I was bummed for 3 days, but then got over it.

Depends on the relationship... My first two bf I kinda got over it in a week or so of sulking. One breakup I didn't handle well at all... pretty much became a hermit for a loooong stretch of time haha.

Rationalize it so I feel better icon_biggrin.gif and eventually come to a real conclusion somewhere down the road.

Use my initial rage at being broken up with usually to fuel positive things. Cleaning, working, organizing, working out.

Then I will kind of mope for a week or two, but mostly just agitated moping - I have a natural tendency to get stuck in denial until I make it into the acceptance stage.

im moping about not because of a break up... but because i know he has feelings for me but he refuses to act on them... i think thats the most frustrating and depressing... nothing i can do. i just want to know one way or the other to wait or to stay
