Bodyweight Workout

    So I plan to take the next two months or so and go to Greece to see my dad and some other relatives. However, I don't want to lose my recent gains that I got from following one of the workout plans on this website.

    So I was wondering if anyone could point me to or possibly create a workout plan similar to the strength/muscle building plan on this site, except make it using no machines or weights. I would like it to rely entirely on bodyweight type of things. Since I'll be traveling from place to place and relative to relative machines and even simple heavy items to use in place of weights probably won't be available. So if you know any exercises or plans to fit this need post 'em here.

    visit www.monkeybargym.com. Then click on the "MBG videos" link on the left hand side. There are tons of body weight exercises that are challenging and effecitve.

    Seems like for most of those I need to buy their product. Seems like a good product for travel but unfortunately I'm leaving in just a few days so I don't have time for that. icon_sad.gif I'll look through some more though and see which ones I can do without any product.
