Starbucks is a 15 minute walk.
I could make a couple other stops and make it an hour walk.

Coffee is meant to be simple. Otherwise, this is nothing more than just drinking dessert. Why not eat a dessert which is much more satisfying? Have some pumpkin pie or perhaps pumpkin bread instead of this empty stuff icon_rolleyes.gif

So are Native Americans the original hipsters since they've been eating pumpkins and other squashes for as long as they've been in this part of the world? icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes! Keep coffee simple! I usually just have a simple cappuccino or latte depending on how much milk I crave. I usually want more of a caffeine rush than sugar rush.

Not to mention you're paying money for sugary milky coffee. The most expensive thing I would order would be a latte. And if you make it a weekly thing well, you could make another mortgage payment by the end of the year.

Here's a calculator to estimate how much you can waste by buying Starbucks vs. making your own (and yes, you can make your own pumpkin spice latte for less than $0.50)

The only thing wrong with Pumpkin Spice Lattes is that they don't come with Liquid Snickers Bar Extract as an optional add.

I actually had a specialty coffee that was called a Snickers Bar. Chocolate, caramel, something nutty... it was sinfully delicious and tooth-achingly sweet.

Why drink something that tastes like a Snickers when you can eat a Snickers? Cheaper and much more satisfying.

...and when a dentist calls something "tooth-achingly sweet"....

BTW: for a glorious aroma in your kitchen, prepare pumpkin bread from a mix, but use strong coffee instead of water. A. Ma. Zing.
