What weight am I after? I seriously don't wanna be 45 kilos!

    So on grindr... And this guy whose the same height as me is 51 kilos, i'm 64 and just getting into losing weight again. But this guy... He's not what I imagine myself to be... I wanna be completely lean which he didn't look... Looked a bit frumpy... So I just wanna have that perfect lean summer beach body all the jocks have. But can't find the ratio I'm after at my height. So at 5'3 do I have to be like 45 kilos so achieve that look? I just want the perfect waist haha.

    Initially I thought I'd only need to lose like 10 or so kilos to have that perfect bod... But yeah :S Just wanna know what weight I should be striving for!

    I don't think the number really matters as long as you are not obese/anorexic.

    I think it's much better to aim to be healthy, toned, and fit. Throw the scales out, they cuase more hassle than good for people with body image issues IMO.

    Everyone's different, even people that are the same height. Just hit the gym.
