Any recommended Ab-workout for guy with back pain???

    Hi, I always wanted a 6 packs, but cannot do any intense workout because I am prone to back pain alot. Is there any effective ways to keep it tone my ab, while not breaking my back?? Any help will be appreciated.

    Backpain is often caused by a weak core and an imbalance of the core muscles. Take a pilates class which strengthens and coordinates front and back core muscles. Also stretch the backs of your legs.

    Paleo diet and medium-intensity exercise...with no heavy lifting.

    I have the same disks hirniated also. Freakie... Lol. Lately my back goes "out" alot. Crunches help... After i ice the fuck out of it. Hehe

    If your back is bad find exercises you can do while keeping it flat. There are plenty. Avoid stuff where you curl or arch it until it calms down.
